- Mandatory Presence: Attendance is required at all rehearsals and performances. Report absences 48 hours in advance, except in emergencies.
- Make-Up Work: Make up for missed rehearsals by catching up on missed material, verified by the conductor.
- Arrival Time: Arrive 10-15 minutes early for rehearsals.
- Late Arrivals: Repeated lateness will result in additional practice sessions or review meetings.
- Respectful Conduct: Disruptive behavior or disrespect will not be tolerated.
- Focus: Stay focused during rehearsals and avoid distractions.
- Uniforms and Attire: Adhere to the dress code for rehearsals and performances.
- Handling: Take care of choir materials, report and replace damaged or lost items.
- Preparation: Bring necessary materials for each rehearsal, including a pencil for notes.
- Cell Phones: Turn off or set phones to silent mode during rehearsals and performances.
